Following confirmation by the Government today (Wednesday 4th November) the club must temporarily halt our activities. Obviously we are saddened to do this but understand that it must be done for the health of all. We wish to reassure everyone that all re-bookings and payments made will secure your child’s place in the next block and will be carried forward to when we resume so no one misses out.
This is due to the Government putting in place a lockdown for the whole of England and will require us to keep the centre closed until this lockdown is lifted. The Government currently advises that the lockdown will end on Wednesday 2nd December.
Should this be the case then will we resume our classes on Thursday 3rd December to complete the last week of our current block of classes (week 9). The next block would therefore begin the following Monday (7th December) and run for the full 9 weeks. We will update members at that time of the exact dates of the block.
We wish to reassure you that all bookings for the next block will secure your child’s place into the New Year. We are simply halting our sessions and then resuming them once the lockdown is lifted. Any payments you’ve made will be carried forward and the next block of classes are being delayed until after we return so you don’t lose out.
If you haven’t yet re-booked we would urge you to do so now. We have made available a method for electronic booking and payment for the next block as the centre will be closed meaning we can’t take payments in person. Just drop us an email for details of how to book for the next block of classes and we will help you to secure a place for when we resume.
