Membership

Annual club membership with CMIG and membership with British Gymnastics (BG) is required for anyone taking part in our classes.

Our club membership is £40 a year, excluding Play Gym (where membership of the club is free). This membership fee includes £24 membership of British Gymnastics which we will process for you.

Booking Classes

Our school age recreation classes and Play Gym sessions run for 48 weeks a year (plus a bonus week in December) with breaks off only over the Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks. A monthly membership subscription applies for all recreation class members, with a place guaranteed for the appropriate level of their membership subscription. Membership is renewed annually and payment is spread across 12 equal monthly payments plus a small annual administration charge. Please note that monthly payments must be made continuously to maintain membership.

If attending a second or more recreational class each week, a discount is applied for all additional classes.

The club organises training into blocks of several weeks at a time to assist the children with learning and progressing their abilities over the year. This also allows us to co-ordinate with special events such as our in-house competitions and the issuing of awards in our advanced assessment scheme.

Please note that we ask that you don’t change your session day or time part-way through a teaching block unless absolutely necessary.

To find out how to book a place in our recreation classes please visit our How to Join page for details of our simple sign up process.

Payment

Recreation class membership is by annual subscription at the relevant level, paid monthly in advance of the start of the month, plus the annual club membership fee (renewed each September).

Priority Booking

Priority is given to existing members to book extra sessions, including our half-term and summer holiday clubs.

Please note that continuous payment of the membership subscription is required for members to maintain their membership. Any available places will be offered to prospective members on our waiting list on a first come first served basis as we cannot hold places without payment.

Attending classes

Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session. Long hair must be safely tied back and all jewellery removed before you arrive at the centre. Parents are welcome to stay and watch in our café area.

Timetables

Pre-School

Our Play Gym classes are for pre-school children under-5 from the age they can walk up to the time they start school. There is no annual membership fee to pay and classes are booked online for each session that you want to attend. We also have 4 session and 10 session multi-passes available at a discounted price.

Alternatively you can contact us to take advantage of our special monthly direct debit offer which costs just £23 a month, this guarantees you a place every week and is our cheapest payment option for those who want to attend weekly for up to 49 weeks a year.
