To help us all keep fitness levels high, stay active and encourage time outside in the fresh air here’s a challenge we can all take part in.
Simply go for a run (or a walk) and record here how far you went. You can use a device/phone to track your distance or a step counter or work it out on an online map, or just estimate if you’re not sure. Other family members are welcome to join in and everyone counts separately to help us get to the target of crossing the world. The distances will all add together so lets see how far we can go.
